A+ overall experience

My wife and I picked up our new MDX on Saturday and both agree it was the best overall experience We've had for any vehicle purchase. Any / all questions we had were answered timely and honestly. Max, Wes , Alex and the entire team there are polite, professional . I would definitely give these folks a look if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Service at Vandergriff Acura

Excellent Service..First used Shuttle service and it was very prompt. Then Service advisor was very professional and very friendly. Got car serviced on time and excellent work done.

Thankful

As a divorced woman who's never had to deal with a car dealership, I was very nervous about my car buying process. I knew my credit was great, but I was assured I would be taken care of and NOT taken advantage of! Adam was a man of his word! It took some time, but we found the right car for the right budget! It was as enjoyable and quick as he said it would be! I would definitely recommend going to see him.

Wonderful Experience

Because it was such a great experience, I'm writing on behalf of my parter who purchased a pre owned TLX from Vandergriff Acura, because I felt compelled to let everyone know about it! We played phone tag with one of the salesman, Adam, for a few days, but we eventually worked out a time to come in. It was late, and he stayed past closing time to make sure we got the deal we felt comfortable with, and made sure the vehicle looked like it came off of the showroom floor. It was immaculate! Professional and Courteous

I came to this location after being treated very poorly at another Acura center in the DFW area. After coming to Vandergriff I was glad to see that there was at least one Acura Service Center in DFW that actually respects their customers.

This was the greatest customer service and experience I have ever had! I am 1st time buyer so I was very scared because the results at other dealerships but I had Deven and he was very patient and helped us through everything step of the way, even when it felt like it wasn't going to work out he still did everything in his power to get me in a beautiful vehicle. I am so glad that I trusted him and I wouldn't have changed anything. I had a certain budget that I needed to stay within for the down payment and also the monthly payment and we stayed in it! Other places kept trying to change it and said that I couldn't get accepted for what I needed it to be but Deven made it work, everyone here is so nice and so welcoming and it was defiantly a pleasant change from other places who kept saying it wasn't possible. I am so grateful for Deven, he gave me so much hope and I'm also grateful for everyone there that helped and kept helping us!
