I am not happy with the outcome of my visit, as my car wasn?t fixed. I brought it in with the expectation that the issue would be resolved, and it's frustrating that this didn?t happen. Recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Cayenne, unfortunately
Recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Cayenne, unfortunately dealer claimed A/C worked great. Upon delivery, the air conditioning did not work leaving us with a vehicle that needed to go to the shop on day one since it’s 95 degrees outside. Dealer so far is denying that they intentionally misrepresented the vehicle condition to out of state buyer. Hoping they will repair the vehicle out of good faith to restore customer satisfaction and trust. I’ll report back if a positive scenario unfolds. Till then BUYER BEWARE!

Sam the salesman was easy to work with.
Sam the salesman was easy to work with. He was not pushy and willing to answer any questions I had. I wasn’t planning on buying my truck the day I went in. Things just seem to fall in place. Great trade in price and there was a price on the new truck I couldn’t walk away from. The manager came by and asked me if there were any questions I had about the truck. Everyone was very friendly and helpful . (5 stars) to Cleburne Ford.
