My Salesperson and finance person were very

My Salesperson and finance person were very accommodating. I was coming from out of state and my flight was delayed which forced me to arrive at the dealership at closingor just past their closing time and Mark and Roberto stayed two hours past closing to get the deal finalized and paperwork done so I could take it that night. Great price on the Vehicle as well.

I found the best dealership EVER

After buying and having vehicles serviced at dealerships all over Texas for almost 40 years, Cleburne Ford by far exceeds the rest of them. Most sales department of dealerships are decent. Cleburne Ford is a no pressure style of purchasing a vehicle. If you say you do not want something, they move on without the tricks of the trade to pressure you into buying something you don't want. The best part of Cleburne Ford beyond the purchase is their service department. Most dealerships service departments are a nightmare to deal with. I have had experiences with other dealership service departments where I have had to finish the job because they didn't finish the job or do it all together. Cleburne Ford not only does a great job, they go above and beyond. Their techs are really good, catching things they would cause issues later in the life of the vehicle. Still no pressure to do anything with it, just a notification. Their service department is like your neighborhood mechanic, the way things should be done.

What service should be!

Mrs Tamra is the best! You just tell her what you think needs to be done and she takes it from there and I don?t have to worry about anything

Almost perfect

Everything went well with a quick turnaround on the service. However, I had to return to the dealership because when they changed the engine airfilter they forgot to reconnect a sensor which caused the engine to run rough .
