servive work

the service crew at Cleburne ford are all awesome . I was in and out in a flash and wasn't late for work . I was greeted at the door by the service salesman steve riza and he got me coffee and took me to the service desk where steve Reynolds professionally handled all my needs in a very prompt manner , james came back in the lounge room to check on me and gave me an update which was awesome ,and when my service was all done Melisssa came and greeted me with a nice smile to let me know I was ready to go. On my way out to top it all off I was greeted with a hand shank and a thank you from the service manger Eric Green to confirmed that all my needs were handled and I said most definitely. Thank you Cleburne Ford for the best service experience I could possibly ask for .

Great customer service!

Well first of all, I am what you call a ghost. Which means I don't have any credit, no bad no good. The Cleburne ford staff worked really hard to make sure I got approved for a car. They were communicating with me and making sure I knew the status of my deal. They're great!

Cleburne Service Department and Body Shop

The work quality is exceptional and the courtesy of the service department and body shop is not comparable to any other in our area. They are so informative and patient as they explain what was wrong with my car. They walked me thru each step of the process. Thank you Eric and Danny!

Fast excellent service.

Jaffe was so very helpful. He and the one getting us approved for the financing worked fast and got us approved. :-) I have talked with jaffe several times and he was always helpful.

Cleburne Ford Best dealer in Texas!

Everyone was pleasant and eager to answer all my questions. There wasn't any high pressure and the sales people and financial were extremely helpful. I enjoyed buying a car there.

Great Salesman, great place to buy a car.

The salesman, Russ, the sales manager and the finance manager are great. They talk to me and give me options rather than trying to sell me on something I really don't need. Love my new car.

Great Service, Honest

They immediately fixed the problem with my car and didn't try and tell me it was a computer reset problem like Don Davis Ford said.
