Professional, met my needs. Service after the sale is excellent. I'll do business with them again.

My leased Ford Explorer under warrantee received two safety recalls and told it would take 2 weeks+/- to make corrective actions. My warrantee provided Ford to provide a rental car however, Maik Haik did not have any cars when they took in the Explorer and still don’t have any cars a week later. They were supposed to call me to provide update on a rental and never did. The service department has some serious issues with customer service. I’ve been a long time leasee over several decades and show no support. tThis is reason enough to avoid MAIK HAIK and I’ll seriously consider avoiding this dealership or perhaps Ford altogether for NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING. Worst customer service experience ever. We dropped my car off on June 11th for service under an extended warranty policy that we purchased for thousands of dollars. Only to be told today which is Thursday June 13th that they haven't even looked at the car yet. The service department cannot even give me a date or a time when they're going to look at my car. The only thing they could tell me was that I could come get my car and they would leave my car in the queue. It's a holiday weekend and we had plans. I explained that to the service advisor. I guess the only thing I can say is if Mac Haik offers you an extended warranty which you're going to pay thousands of dollars for don't buy it. I think I'd also change dealerships.

Mac Haik Auto Group way exceeded my expectations in an Auto Dealership. I told them what I wanted exactly, what I could afford & there was absolutely no back & forth on the deal. What they quoted & what I signed was the easiest buy and nonstressful experience I’ve ever had!!! Thanks to the whole crew there at Mac Haik in Houston on the Katy Freeway!!!
