Sales guy Lawrence tricked me to sign and pay for a

Sales guy Lawrence tricked me to sign and pay for a hybrid car when the price and the car we agreed upon is the plug-in hybrid. It wasted so much of my time dealing with him, and it made me furious being played. I don't normally write bad review, but I want to warn people out there to avoid these unethical people. It's a shame I wanted to give American made car a chance after driving Japanese made car for so long, but tumors like him turned me away.

Ronny was very attentive us.

Ronny was very attentive us. He delivered on what he said he would. Two days prior, we purchased another Ford at another dealership we made multiple purchases before but was the worst experience we had ever had buying a vehicle. Mac Haik will be our first choice in the future.

Absolutely do NOT I repeat Do Not purchase a vehicle from

Absolutely do NOT I repeat Do Not purchase a vehicle from Finance Manager Cameron Gray. He is shady as xxxx. I’m warning you get your own financing. Do not step into his office at ALL. He will try to persuade you with all these extra markups you do not need. Then when you ask for them to be removed within the 30 day period goes ghost. Doesn’t return phone calls, gives you the run around, full of crap. It’s sad this man even has a job. He works things in your contract you don’t even want. Even after TELLING him you don’t want it. BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy here they do not honor 30 day money back for a service you NEVER wanted. Will be calling corporate.

Very fair, no issues.

Very fair, no issues. Mostly everything was done online, arrived and all as promised. Jason (salesman) was great and financing was too. I will return for future car purchases to them. Great experience, what car buying should be.
