Great help from mine service writer, Bud. Mine auto washed and cleaned. The multiply point inspection was done and had the oil changed. All was explained too me.

AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway

Acura Gulf Freeway is a top notch dealer/service center. Everyone is super friendly and professional from Matthew my service manager all the way up to the GM. I have never had an issue, they address all of my concerns and I don?t feel like I?m being forced to do unnecessary repairs or service!!

Used Car purchase

Mark Capel was the best part about our purchase, we did a remote purchase as we live 5 hrs away. He made sure that we had all the proper data for credit and was in contact with us consistently with updates and changes. The vehicle has arrived looks good but currently being checked out with the AutoNation Certified warranty...this was a huge piece of mind that our salesman also made us aware of.

oil change and tire rotation

needed oil change and tire rotation, appt. process was easy only took an hour to do the work. They also did a paint touch up for me from their detailing dept. Great Place

Repair

Scheduled an appt for servicing. Upon arrival at service department I was immediately greeted by service manager who kept me updated on the repair process at all times. Repair was completed within the time frame that was suggested. Entire process was professionally handled!

Fast / Fantastic / No Surprises Buying Experience

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new (to us) 2017 Honda Pilot this week. Their prices and trade in offer were the best we had seen in all of Houston for what we were looking for. Our sales manager (Matt) was friendly, patient, helpful, and had everything ready to go for us. Our finance manager, Caleb, was warm, funny, extremely knowledgeable, and very fast with the mountain of paperwork that comes with any car purchase. This was honestly one of the quickest and most painless auto transactions I have ever had in over 20 years of purchasing my own vehicles. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Went in for routine service. Fast in and out with a loner car. Car was finished the same day with a fresh wash.

Service service

Dealer could not find and did not attempt to find a two noises in our vehicle that we had provided recorded documentation of. Service manager walked away from his service writer while we were discussing and would not engage us in conversation. Very disappointing experience. Bought this vehicle from this dealer... and will not buy another - not the first issue with their service department.
