The entire experience at Mike Calvert was wonderful.
The entire experience at Mike Calvert was wonderful. Daniel Fernandez was a low-pressure salesman who helped me every step of the way. Jordan Fournet in finance was also extremely nice and didn’t apply pressure. I have a Toyota dealership 5 minutes from me, but I was happy to drive 40 minutes for the Mike Calvert experience.

Very displeased with your rental loaner department.
Very displeased with your rental loaner department. I drove the rental(loaner) car a total of 13 miles & I put $5 worth of gas & the department charged me $6 for gas. I can not imagine Toyota rav4 needing more than $5 worth of gas for 13 miles. It is not the money but the principle. I consider this being dishonest with customers. I will be reporting this to bbb. I suggest you look into this department dishonest way using customers. Thanks

I was pressured into buying a vehicle.
I was pressured into buying a vehicle. I was assured that the vehicle had been througly checked and had no issues. I take it to my mechanic just after purchasing and found out it needs thousands of dollars of repairs. It was the worst experience of my life. Stay away from this dealership.

Very poor sales experience.
Very poor sales experience. The sales manager was dishonest and only cared about whether I was financing through them. The online price is just bait—once you’re there, they pile on hidden fees for things like floor mats, tint, and “water coating” you never asked for. It felt like a scam from the moment I walked in. They try to wear you down with offer after offer, especially if you say you’re financing elsewhere with a better APR. When I declined their financing, the attitude changed instantly—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Unless you’re planning to finance through them and overpay, don’t expect to be treated with basic courtesy. If you’ve got good credit and a preapproval elsewhere, save yourself the headache—this is not the dealership for

This generic response proves exactly what I experienced this business don’t care. It’s clear this is just a copy-paste reply with zero intent to fix anything. When I called, no one helped. No one followed through. Your team made it obvious that customers only matter if they’re lining your pockets. Stop pretending to care. If you valued business or people, your sales team and customer service would reflect it—and they absolutely don’t. I’m just looking out for my next fellow American and my next fellow veteran so they can see and they would know what they’re dealing with
