Most of the employees are not customer friendly, service can be slow and there was no snacks available for the customers compared to other dealerships

Especially thanks for Starr Hines at Mike Calvert Toyota service and maintenance department for my 2022 Sienna LE maintenance service last Friday. She was so friendly & professional - straight forward to the points for the issues which I concerned about & reported to her. She worked with the tech and followed up with the updates from the tech and solved my concerns. Cool! Thanks!

Yoset Posada was the best !! He turned a bad stituation around for my wife and I . It wasnt created by him. He made a great customer recovery. He a creadit MCT. Highly recommend Yoset to anyone looking to but a vehicle. Great personality 👌🏽.

My experience has been different each visit. Overall the staff goes above and beyond to assist and keep me happy. The dealership has some vague practices but overall the staff works hard to keep the consumer happy. Kudos to Duke in service.

Go to Mike Calvert Toyota and ask for Douglas! I encountered a situation where I needed a car urgently due to unforeseen circumstances. I spoke with Douglas that same day and he listened to my concerns. I couldn't go to the dealership until after work so he calmly walked me through my options before sending me the link to get the process started. When I arrived at the dealership he already had the car pulled up to test drive. The process was very streamlined and Douglas was amazing. I try to avoid dealerships and salespeople in general but the level of customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. I was able to get a car that I'm so happy with, he even listened when I complained about car notes and got me a very low payment. If you're looking for someone to treat you like a person and not just a number go see Mr. Douglas at Mike Calvert, you won't regret it! Also thankyou to the team who reached out to me while I was getting things ready before arriving at the dealership David Ian Imani and Nia were a wonderful help. I will be returning when I'm ready for something new in the future

The customer service provided is extremely poor, resulting in significant time wastage for customers. It's deeply disappointing and falls far short of expectations.
