My experience at this dealership was beyond awful.

My experience at this dealership was beyond awful. I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic as a gift for my child. I paid 6400. The car seemed decent when I test drove it. In less than 24 hours the car started leaking oil. I called the dealership they refused to even look at the car. Kept saying there was nothing they could do, they needed to make a profit off the car and nothing was wrong with the car when they sold it to me. They showed no type of empathy or concern just brushed us off like we were bothering them. They knew this car had issues before they sold it to me and patched it up to make a quick sale. I wouldn’t recommend the Devil himself to this dealership.

Clay helped my mom throughout the entire sales process

Clay helped my mom throughout the entire sales process and was super nice and helpful. He is genuinely a nice and awesome guy! He even stayed past dealer closing to set up everything on the new truck, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Pre-work ahead of appt.

Pre-work ahead of appt. Lucas was great. Answer questions and actually went out and took a video of the vehicle since we were out of town. We Drove 3 hours and he had the vehicle pulled up and ready for us to review when we got there. Unfortunately while certified pre owned it had quite a few scratches on one side of the vehicle. I had pulled 2 other searches from the Internet he showed us both those vehicles. We ended up finding a vehicle that met our needs the dealership ship and the finance department were willing to work with us and we were extremely happy to Purchase a vehicle on that visit.

Had a good experience dealing with Mike Calvert Toyota . The service was fast and for sure kept their promise delivering the car on time. All the people I dealt with there were professionals and knew what they were doing .

RUST!

When people write a negative review, most of the time they are upset because of another parties wrong doing. It's a way for them to vent their frustrations out so other people don't fall into the same trap like them. At times, they let their emotions get in the way - and they veer away from the truth. Let it be known that I've had several days to calm down and more importantly...had my coffee before I wrote this. Facts, I bought a vehicle for my wife and 2 infant children. I live out of state and bought the vehicle site unseen. I trusted these people to be my eyes and ears and describe the vehicle in its entirety. I purchased the vehicle and had it delivered to my home residence. Vehicle arrived with holes in the undercarriage (see attached 3 photos). The vehicles frame has been compromised - I repeat THE VEHICLES FRAME HAS BEEN COMPROMISED - I repeat - THE VEHICLES FRAME HAS BEEN COMPROMISED. I have attempted to rectify the situation with S. Salehoun and J. Love with no avail. Please look at the photos and ask yourself, would you allow your children and wife - who are the most important people in your life to get into a vehicle such as this??? I am stating facts. I will be updating this review as this situation transpires. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.
