Mike Calvert Toyota

Was happy with initial purchase problem came 2 months later when I took truck in for service both the salesman and finiance guy mentioned multiple times that I had a free maintenance package. Now found that isn’t the case and I have no maintenance program. I called and was basically told oops and sorry so guess lying to customers to close a deal is all that matters. Would never recommend a place that does not stand by what they say go somewhere else they are try used car salesmen here

Our salesperson Damian Duran was very helpful throughout the process and got us the car we wanted.

Service is excellent. Divonte Wilkins a very knowledgeable and respectful young man. He was calm and not try to rush us. I like this in a sales person.

I can't think of one negative thing to say about Mike Calvert Toyota. I never felt pressure by my salesman, Lucas. He gives a new meaning to "car salesman". Everyone that I came into contact with at Mike Calvert was very genuine and went out of their way to make this a good experience.

Mike Calvert Toyota has served me for decades. Their salespeople are terrific, and with the exception of my last purchase, they are very fast in closing a deal. I recommend this dealership very highly. A qualification— the reason my most recent purchase was slow was because of a windstorm and power outage.
