Service department has gone down.

Service department has gone down. Went for an oil change. Usually, they acknowledge you when you drive in bay, but not this time. It appeared no one wanted to work today the guest Waiting area need some TLC. The coffee machine was dirty and the milk was spoiled. The seats are starting to peel, the place needs some cleaning. I?ve been coming to this location for years and hope they do something about this appears the management must have changed. My service advisor was OK.

I have been going to this dealership for many years now

I have been going to this dealership for many years now and unfortunately it has been hard trying to find someone with the same level of care, commitment, and attention since Steve left the service department and now with his recent passing. I have seen and spoke with multiple people but Carlo was a breathe of fresh air. Gino is always helpful but he doesn’t work in service and Jophial was the mechanic who explained everything quite nicely. My recent visit reminded of why I still patron this establishment.
