Brenda who scheduled my vehicle.

Brenda who scheduled my vehicle. She was very polite, professional and patient with me. Took my vehicle in to get service: oil change. I had coupon $9.98 with no strings attached. Their communication was by text once the vehicle went for service. During the inspection the service dept. does a video of vehicle to show what services need immediate attention as well as a list of each price per service. You have chose to have work on the vehicle or later.

Customer service was friendly and professional. Ms. Carolina was thorough with the explanation of the service offered and needed. My only complaint was that I had a hard time getting in touch with her. Even then she was very efficient in keeping me updated on the service being provided.

Not very happy that I was charged for an Uber when the

Not very happy that I was charged for an Uber when the shuttle was out. I told advisor I could wait for shuttle but he said that?s ok we will get you an Uber. He didn?t mention I would end up paying for it.

Max was my advisor today.

Max was my advisor today. He was very pleasant and helpful. I had fuel induction service, oil change and tire rotation and was complete in under an hour (I usually wait longer so I was pleasantly surprised).
