Don't understand why they have you make a appointment...

Don't understand why they have you make a appointment just to sell the vehicle your going to look at had a appointment last night for 6:30 drove all the way down to the dealership to look at a truck that I was really interested in walked into the door for my appointment just to find out that someone was putting a deposit on it. when makeing the appointment it would of been nice if they could of told us that someone had a appointment to look at it and to keep me informed so I didn't have to waste the gas to drive there to find this out

F250 Warranty Sevice

I'd like to say that I personally did not start off this transaction with a helpful attitude. I was very annoyed at the time of my initial call to the service department. However, I was consistently treated with courtesy and a helpful attitude from all of the employees. The service team that I dealt with (Chrissy, Mike and Ken) handled my situation with utmost professionalism had my truck in for repair early and back to me before I expected. I would highly recommend Romeo Ford's service department not only for customer service but for quality of repairs. Thank you Chrissy, Mike and Ken!

I went to my local Ford dealer Romeo Ford Kingston NY...

I went to my local Ford dealer Romeo Ford Kingston NY . I was met by Shawn the sales manger that directed me to Tyler in sales. I explain I was trading in my Ford Fusion for Ford Explorer 2021. After a brief review of how much I want to per month an offer was made on my used car and how much of a down payment i would put down .my wife and I pick out a nice color and then we met with Jeff the financial manger . All was explained in detail and we understood what we were signing . The entire trade and sake was completed in 4 hours. pretty fast from previous cars I bought. Very smooth transfer of cars and plates . Very satisfied. Nice team work to Shawn Tyler and Jeff. Bernie N Maggie satisfied customers.

What a fantastic experience! I have had my share of discouraging, unpleasant car buying experiences but Romeo Ford in Kingston has completely shattered my distaste in purchasing a vehicle. The salesman Marques Van Allen, went above and beyond to put us in a truck we absolutely love! Such an easy, pleasant experience! I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with...

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the romeo of Kingston service dept. About a month ago I brought in my leased 2018 escape for routine maintenance. One of the things that needed to be done was to repair a tire with a hole in it. The service advisor informed me that the tire couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced without giving a reason why. I asked her to find out from the service tech why it couldn't be repaired. I was told it was close to the sidewall of the tire. I have a picture of the tire with the hole, and have spoken with numerous mechanics who have said that the hole is nowhere near the sidewall and could indeed be repaired. This leaves me under the impression that the service dept either didn't want to perform the work I asked for or wanted to scam me by intimidating me into purchasing something I don't need, just to make more money off me. Either way, I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the romeo service department and how I was treated. Due to fees and penalties, I am unable to turn my lease in early. Once my lease is up(in 10 months), I will be turning in my vehicle and never coming back to romeo ford of Kingston. I will take my business elsewhere.

Peggy, we are sorry you were not satisfied with your experience with our service department. Our technicians work on tires frequently and would not suggest a plug/patch if they thought it wouldn't be safe. Shops vary in their opinions, we certainly didn't want to sell you a tire or tires if that was not necessary. Again, our apologies.

An Auto Dealer that actually negotiates a deal

As a senior citizen who drove around to dealers kicking tires back in the day, it was refreshing to internet shop and find a dealer that was flexible on trade and final sale price. I am what you would call a "car guy" and over the years have had many cars. I shop out to 150 miles from home, see what trade and cash offers are out there and then choose. Imagine my surprise when I found a great deal that was 10 miles from home at Romeo in Kingston with Tom Tati. He was very knowledgeable of his product line and open to negotiation on the trade valuation. Romeo is also there for you post sale with excellent maintenance and customer facilities. I have made prior new car purchases there and I am quite satisfied with my late model used car purchase. I will be back !
