I dealt with Gaby. Staff was very helpful and financing was professional and gave me useful advice. The rear rotors were bad and they changed them right away. It was a good buying experience and I would use them again!

I inquired about the vehicle and asked that Autumn check

I inquired about the vehicle and asked that Autumn check with the service manager to ensure all recalls were done or could be done at a dealership closer to home. Autumn told me there was nothing to hold me up from purchasing the vehicle. I arrived at 10 am for a 10:30 appt. with checks in hand and then at 2 pm I am told a recall may hold us up, seems like I inquired about this 🧐. Luckily the parts were in stock for another customer so it got done, taking the rest of the day, but it should have been addressed prior to my arrival. Be prepared to hear a lot of F-bombs if you are near the sales kiosk, it's very unprofessional to be swearing in areas where customers are waiting. Andreas Thomson, in sales was a shining star and was the only reason I stayed to finish the purchase. I did buy the vehicle and I do love it, but the buying experience was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this dealership, seems to be poorly managed. I arrived at 10 am, finally got out the door after 5 pm.

I bought my 2022 F250 in for the Bed Camera not working

I bought my 2022 F250 in for the Bed Camera not working intermittently. I met with Mike (Service Manager) My fault I was going to leave it there for the day. I then decided I would wait for them to diagnose the problem. I put Mike in a tight spot to do this. Mike is a very big advocate for Customer Service and had to take care of people ahead of me. Hey strategically worked things around to keep everybody happy. Not only did his team diagnose the problem but fixed for me so I didn’t have to go back. Anybody can and do one thing at a time, and he could held me off. He didn’t he did it all !! That’s what I call a manager that solves problems. Now that Outstanding Service !!! Romeo don’t loose this guy! He has the toughest job at the dealership. As we all know 99% of the time we have issues and need service Mike is who deals with this.

I did not have any issue with the operation at the dealership. The process of the ordering of the vehicle and the purchase was completed efficiently and professionally. The Salesperson Ryan Sheehan stayed in touch with me as needed during this process. Great experience buying my F150 XLT. The staff helped me find the right truck, were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and highly motivated to make me an excellent deal at factory employee pricing saving me thousands off the sticker price. The whole process was top notch
