I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz from Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland, Colorado and had a wonderful experience. My salesperson, Dylan Kittredge and general manager Dave Young, Dana, and Finance manager Bradley are absolutely phenomenal, they were honest and treated me with respect, Dylan even went out of his way to go out and grab me a hamburger and fries during the process of purchasing, thanks again Dylan👍👍. General Manager Dave Young was kind and very considerate helping me with the purchase, Dana was fantastic helping out, and Bradley in Finance was exceptional 👏 👌 👍 even the service dept. is exceptional I am very pleased with everything.!!!

Terrible experience

I would also give our experience zero stars if that option was available. Cars that were listed as available at this lot were not. Mileage was completely different than posted on their website. 60 to 7500 miles is a pretty huge difference but apparently not an issue for them. Our salesperson started off friendly but then became very disrespectful. She knows nothing about our financial situation but was very rude when we were asked how we were going to buy this car today when she was told upfront, we weren't buying today. That is not a comment any salesperson should say to a perspective buyer. I will gladly take my purchase to a store with helpful, kind people who actually have cars available that were posted with the actual miles that were posted. Is this not false advertising?

Greed Zero Negotiations

Greed runs this sales team exactly why it was empty in the showroom, first thing we are told "Just so you know we don't make any commission on the deal" bald face lie right off, finance department won't work with you adds ton of addons to deal and tried to say its MSRP... why all these dealerships can't sale anything cars sitting in lots for over a year...

Give them a try, they worked hard for me!

I HATE going to a car dealership... BUT Callee my salespro, was MORE than a salesperson, she seemed to really care, even when I had a issue after the fact... And very knowledgeable too . I walked out of the last dealership I was looking at due to making me feel like a fool for asking questions... The Sales manager Dave, Didn't pressure me at all.. and the finance guy knows EV's very well. THANKS YAW"LL

Worst experience!

Worst experience! Matt was condescending when he thought I was shopping by myself. Stated that used vehicles were typically in the condition of this vehicle. Ripped front driver seat, large cigarette burn on passenger seat, huge dimple on dash, destroyed arm rest, cracked windshield, and filthy (not detailed). I told him that was not my experience. When my nephew came in and told him the car was a piece of xxxx, and he should be embarrassed to have that car on the lot, let alone selling it he walked away with his tail between his legs. Matt never spoke to me again. Told my nephew he would keep me in mind for another vehicle. DONT BOTHER!

Cars are way overpriced, They don't seem to b interested

Cars are way overpriced, They don't seem to b interested in selling the ev Nissan leaf that don't qualify For the tax credit any longer. Too bad because I have cash and I m willing and able to buy a Nissan leaf.

Crossroads Hyundai was amazing!

I bought a 2019 Limited Dodge Ram 1500 from Crossroads Hyundai. The staff was amazing and so incredibly helpful! No pressure and I got the best deal for my trade and truck. Lorie was such a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Crossroads Hyundai and their knowledgeable staff.

The team at Crossroads was very professional and made my purchase fast, fun and friendly. The finance guy Bradley explained all my options and made sure I had all the info I needed to make the best decision.

Liars.

Liars. Worse than liars, they are nasty. And when my car was in for 5K service they failed to do the simple task of making sure the oil cap was on tight. When I brought it to them after a small accident they literally asked me "Why are you bringing it here?". When I said I figured it would be safe there, they told me they don't guarantee safety. Rude, nasty people who literally never answer their phones in the service department. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE.
