We came in knowing we were upside down and it was going to be a tough situation, but we needed a new vehicle. De’Juan and Nick made it happen and we are grateful for that! William made the signing process very smooth as well.

This is my 3rd vehicle I have bought from Andy Mohr...

This is my 3rd vehicle I have bought from Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon. Their no pressure sales approach is really refreshing. They have always put me in a vehicle that was most affordable to me, and not in the vehicle they would make the most money off of. I will continue my business there when in need of a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone, and especially sales associate James Starrett.

Bought my daughter a 2013 Fusion on Friday. Saturday the...

Bought my daughter a 2013 Fusion on Friday. Saturday the check engine light came on. Monday I had it scanned. It needs a new catalytic converter that cost $600. Called Andy Mohr Avon. They told me I bought it as is.... This is my daughter’s second car in a year from Andy Mohr and it will be my last. I will take my money elsewhere.

Good morning Brian, I know how frustrating this must be. For our used vehicles we do a basic safety inspection unless there are other obvious issues with the vehicle. It is likely that we had no forewarning of the issue. We do allow customers to get the vehicle inspected thoroughly before purchasing any used vehicle.
