Great Deal, Helpful People
I got a great deal. I was given 1 extra day to think about the offer. My salesman, Ehab, was so nice and so helpful, including some followup communications. When I found that the AM/FM radio did not work, I was given a priority to get it fixed. Also I was not hassled when I decided that I really did not need the extended warranty. I like that I am getting a followup visit on how to setup and use the controls on the Subaru Forester. Gerald is a quality dealership, and Ehab is a quality salesman.

Great Customer Appreciation
The waiting area is very welcoming, and the staff are kind. I am very grateful for the kind service I received. I was surprised for my bill to be taken care of by the Service Department at Gerald Subaru due to wait time. It was not expected, however it was greatly appreciated. I am always willing to drive more in order to receive the Gerald Subaru service.
