Jacob was very knowledgeable about telling me about the questions I asked. He took his time to explain things. The loaner car is a plus especially when you have a long service wait.

Great service, staff, and facility.
Leo, my service advisor, was great - courteous, efficient, and kept me informed. “Quiet room” was also much appreciated. Availability of coffee and water also nice.

Excellent service
I thought I was there for an oil change but when I arrived I was told it was a 5 year service appointment. Told about 4 hours wait time. The gal said they could send me home and come pick me up when finished or they could take me to a restaurant. I did get a ride to ChickFiletA and when I came back my car was ready.

Service team excellent
Eddie and Matt very helpful, as was gal in boots coat and Subaru hat who helped me out with WiFi-didn’t catch her name but she was so pleasant! Service completed when promised, Eddie suggested both battery check and wash which was very helpful

2019 Outback
