Great Customer Appreciation
The waiting area is very welcoming, and the staff are kind. I am very grateful for the kind service I received. I was surprised for my bill to be taken care of by the Service Department at Gerald Subaru due to wait time. It was not expected, however it was greatly appreciated. I am always willing to drive more in order to receive the Gerald Subaru service.

Great Experience
I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The process was done in a timely manner. Everyone in the service department were very informative and helpful. The waiting room is very comfortable and spacious.
