Staffs was great! Chet was very informative about the vehicles that are available and that are in good conditions. Eric who helped me with paperwork even educate me on how to make my payments to help better my credit score and how to pay the loan faster. Also, gave me the best advice on which car would be better for me. They won’t sell you a car so they can get it off their hands or make a sale. Due to a recent accident, was forced to purchase a used car, on a tight budget. CarLink really came through with friendly service and a vehicle that fit my needs. Excellent service and would definitely recommend shopping here first.

Forced to locate another truck for my wife, happened across an '09 Saab 9-7x at this dealership . Wife took it for a ride finding a front end shake at 55mph. Most people would of walked away then and there, but we liked the cosmetic condition of the truck. After Carlink changed the tires and front hubs the shake was replaced by a right drift. We purchased the vehicle and was able to get rid of the drift, by crossing the front tires. Driving the truck home, the wife thought the new tires were noisy, but it turned out to be not the tires but the rear end. After two visits to Carlink's service dept, the rear end noise problem is still present, we'll live with it until it really gets loud, then get it fixed by a real repair shop. To summarize, this dealership is no different than any other used car lot, If your not knowledgeable about cars. bring along someone who is.

From searching for a used car, up until the signing on the dotted line, this process was the most pain free, profesional interaction I've ever had buying a car. All their cars are super clean, and the sales dept is the least pushiest of any dealership I've ever dealt with, and I have purchased a dozen cars over the past 10 yrs.
