I'm always a healthy skeptic when it come to car dealerships. However I was very impressed with their service. Although they were short staffed; I was in and out in the same day with a used car. Here I am a week or so later and I'm still loving the car. Employees were agreeable and very helpful, and willing to work with you on car and prices.

Re: 1999 Toyota Landcruiser. Made an appointment Wednesday to purchase a used car after being told it was available and told to come down Friday morning. Did their preapproval process online too. Dealer sent an email saying they sold the car Thursday night and also left voice mail saying don't bother coming down after I had already taken a day off to pick up the vehicle. At least I didn't drive 3 hours each way to be told they just sold it. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

We bought our car and I came out of the car lot overly enthusiastic about the service that we had received. They put all other preowned car garages to shame as they seemed honest, enthusiastic and knowledgable. Chet was super helpful and friendly. On driving the car, the aircon didn't work, the back window didn't open and the foot brake wasn't working (this we knew when we bought it but agreed a reduction on the fee so we could get it fixed). The service that followed has been and continues to be atrocious. You have to phone up numerous times to get an answer and they NEVER call you back. We took that car back in to get the aircon, the window and the brake fixed, only the brake didn't get fixed. Chet disappeard whilst it was being fixed and nobody had a clue what the deal was. After our 21 days of temporary plates, the plates didn't arrive on time. Again Chet never called back to my repeated calling. We were 'guaranteed' that they would arrive. We still don't have them to date. This is a great place to go if you just need to buy a car. If you need them to actually 'do' something for you, forget it. It will take forever and you'll be on the phone every day trying to get them to view it as a priority.
