Bought a new car Saturday, my husbands was dying and we needed to walk out with a car. I spoke to Rick prior and let him know our budget (he never tried to sell outside our budget, amazingly). Went there after a few other places and Rick was great. We bought a Jetta within an hour. We were unable to pick it up till Monday and he stayed late just for us. Seriously very happy here. Never felt we were being pushed and he was ready to bring every car over for us to look at. Definitely recommend buying a used car here.

I did some web research and narrowed the list to 2 vehicles. I tried visiting the sleazy competitor on a Friday evening, only to be told the car wasn't available to test drive. When I searched for them they had TERRIBLE reviews, but CarLink had good reviews. Saturday morning came and I visited CarLink. Everything that had gone wrong the night before, was turned around. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, they negotiated fairly, and even agreed to replace a windshield whose crack had been concealed by a window sticker. If I find myself shopping for a used vehicle, CarLink absolutely will be my go-to place. One bit of constructive feedback: they could sharpen up their skills at ensuring that follow-up tasks get done without needing reminders.

Great experience working with Steve - delivered exactly as was agreed in advance before making a road trip to consider a purchase. Also, very reasonable with negotiating. Very glad I've come across these people, I would come back here to wok with Steve again for another car based on my experience today. Thanks guys.

So called on the phone and negotiated a price for a vehicle with Steve. He told us this vehicle except for this one problem with the engine was fine and looked good inside and out. So we drove the five hours one way to go get the vehicle. Upon arriving to inspect the vehicle first thing we noticed was it looked like it was keyed all down the left side. Then find out the electrical system is faulty (car won't lock or unlock) trunk won't open, broken parts in the engine compartment. Getting into the car inside the leather seats are all torn up, interior panels and plastics are broken all over the place, upolstry stained like crazy and molding missing in places inside and outside of car. Also when pointing out all these problems in under a 15 minute inspection to them was given the line "Is what it is, take it or leave it." So all in all it was FAR FROM the description we were told over the phone and in online posting. Was told it looked great inside and out besides the one problem with the engine. Even two out of the three cars in their tiny showroom were beat (fiberglass on GTO all messed up, and paint peeling and worn off on the Subaru WRX). Take this into account before you drive far to look at their inventory. Wasted a whole 14 hour day driving through heavy traffic , plus gas. I think they expected since we were driving so far for the car we would just give in and buy it. If this is what they think a good car is worth what they were asking for it they must be out of their minds. Be prepared to be misled.

I have been searching for a reasonably priced CLEAN SUV with a 3rd row for 6 months. I went everywhere from PA, to NJ, to NY. I stumbled across CarLink and at first they didn't have anything that would work, but the people and the experience I had made me rave about them and want to buy a car from them. So I continued to look, but everyone had deceiving pictures and I had one bad experience after another with other dealerships having filthy cars that were over-priced. I checked back with CarLink and found a new arrival that looked perfect. I called and talked to Steve, reminded him I had met him and his wife recently and wanted to come see this 2002 Black Ford Explorer they had listed. He told me someone else was coming to look at another 2002 Blue Ford Explorer, but that he knew I would like this black one because it was so clean and he remembered how picky I was. So he said he wouldn't even show it to them and would hold it for me. I arrived an hour later, the SUV was perfect, I bought it and drove home with it that night within an hour. Very honest with great customer service. He even replaced a brake light on the spot. Will definitely buy more cars from them!

Have been in the market the last 3 months searching for a good 2nd vehicle for my growing family of 6. Stopped at over 10 dealerships and then stumbled upon CarLink. Was the best experience by far. Chet and Steve were extremely upfront and honest throughout the process. We worked a very good deal out for a 2008 Toyota Highlander with low miles.
