TJ made everything really easy for buying my first car. He did a good job helping me find a great car and not feel any pressure and was really happy with my purchase

Just buy from someone else, these guys are overpriced and offer horrible prices for trade-ins based. What do you expect from a used car dealership? For one them not to act like because they are selling the car it doesn't have 140k miles on it, easily find cars just as good cheaper privately.

I went to this dealership to test drive a vehicle I saw online. The sales person was eager to help me and quickly offered a test drive. After the test drive, I said I wanted to purchase the vehicle and was already pre-approved through my bank. I then sat at the salesman's desk for over 2 hours while he proceeded to give other customers test drives (all while my bank was trying to contact him to secure the loan. They kept sending my lender to his voicemail). I sat there until close and he said they would call me first thing the next morning after contacting my bank. Frustrated, I agreed and left. The next morning no call came. I called him around noon, and he said he'd contact my bank and call me back soon. I called again at 4:00 - he said they were "swamped" and hadn't called my lender yet. He said they'd call them and call me back in 15 min. No call came until over 3 hours later, after I had already moved onto another dealership. The entire process with this dealership was frustrating and I did not feel like my purchase was a priority nor was I getting any customer service.

From start to finish, they made the car buying process very smooth and easy and they got me an awesome deal on my dream car! Highly recommend this dealership!!

Go see Turner. Seriously. He was the most helpful, patient and informed salesman. He was not pushy AT ALL, was knowledgeable and worked with me to get the best possible option on my new Jeep. I would recommend this dealership to anyone because of the incredibly fair pricing and excellent customer service. Two seriously big thumbs up!!

Awesome experience! I worked with TJ Roger and Herman and they not only got me into the car I wanted with no money down but they were also able to get me an extended warranty all at a price I could afford! We had to wait a while so they could get me the terms I wanted from the bank, but they did and I?m absolutely thrilled about my purchase and happy I went here!
