I found the car I bought from Universal online, and Colby the internet sales rep did a great job of keeping me informed. I live in Wichita, so we had to do most of the correspondence through email. The car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived, and was as described in their website. Nick was my sales rep who did the paperwork, and it was all painless. He has an impeccable business etiquette, and he goes out of his way to make sure you get your car. If only we could CLONE people like him, the world would be a truly wonderful place. What a guy!
