i brought cash.. so the buying process was the only easy part communication was terrible. the sales staff was nice.. when they talked to you. i got the run around on the vehicle i wanted and had to wait for 3 hours to get a key fob which i never got and had to get a loaner vehicle.. VERY DISAPPOINTED. i cannot even say i am at least enjoying the car i purchased.
