My Experience with Covert Ford

I liked making a purchase from a dealer that has ford family history. My grandfather started our first ford store in 1931. Since we sold our stores I have tried to give my business to family owned stores.

service people were great,l like your place,but my car is not working! i am following the service people intructions to fix my car,unfortunately my car is worse, in fact i am frustrated with my new car i like my car but it is concerns me that i spent alot of money and this is not good.when i bring my car in, we must fix it this time, i am concerned about the safety! so ten months o frustration is about to get to me.i like this car in every way ,except between first gear and second gear, i am asking you to make sure you fix my car. oh yes, when i did my test drive in a focus, the gears shifted smoothly, my car does not do that.bottom line, i would like to fix my car or i must get another car to drive. thanks jwgeorge

Great Dealership with knowledgable staff

I was able to contact the dealership online and look at the inventory. I received a followup email from a salesman who took information on specifics I wanted in a vehicle and found the right vehicle for me.

Great service

Representative was polite, and work was carried out in the amount of time that I was told when I pulled into the service area. Cashier was also very polite and made me feel like they valued their customers.

Our Sales guy Tim from the pre-owned department. He was honest, straight forward and worked hard to find me a car that I loved within my budget.

Fast transaction, awesome car

Personalized Service

The service was very personalized. I was escorted to the waiting room and then, also escorted to my car by my service advisor - he even opened my door for me!

check service engine soon light

I have a 2003 Ford F150 that I bought at your dealership. Recently I had issues with the service engine soon light. After several sensors were replaced to no avail I brought it to your dealership.The problem was resolved quickly. I would like to thank your employee Wayne Andrews, Service Advisor,and help me a great deal. he was very professional.

Great buying experience.

I asked for OTD pricing via email from the beginning, got the answer from Scott Acker and was happy as a lark. No haggling, no walking back and forth to some mystical person to approve the deal. Did not get original vehicle, but was shown a number of options, again with OTD pricing and purchased the one I wanted.
