Best experience I've ever had buying a car

Everyone I worked with was pleasant, helpful and patient with all my questions. I did not feel pressured or "bullied" into making a decision. I've had this experience at other car dealerships in the past. I could also tell that the Ilan, my salesperson, Susan in finance and the gentleman who does the "car class" on Tuesday evenings, all believe in the Ford brand.

Top Notch Service

The entire team at Covert Ford was top notch including our sales rep Mark Hanes. Even to the final purchase having Paul the finance director show value in leasing our 2014 Ford Fusion after hearing the purpose of the vehicle.

Great Service

Wayne Andrews was so great and kept in touch throughout the day letting me know what was going on. Car was able to be fixed in a day which was great!

Great service!

Paul was the rep that helped me. I only needed to get a bulb changed out. Instead of putting me through the line that was backed, Paul just switched out the bulb himself. He got me out of there in about 20 minutes. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to be serviced.

Great service from Jackie Yates!

Jackie Yates, a Sales Consultant at Covert Ford Lincoln contacted me after I inquired about a Ford Fusion SE. I had been researching in order to buy a new vehicle for weeks and I narrowed it down between Covert Ford Lincoln and another Ford dealership in Georgetown. Covert Ford had the Ford Fusion SE model with all the options I wanted. I responded to Jackie?s email to inquire if the vehicle was on the lot and she said it was, so I went to dealership during my lunch break. Jackie got the paperwork done and sent over to the finance department and I was done within 45 minutes. Before I picked up the vehicle the next day, I asked for wheel locks. Jackie got me the wheel locks and also said to come back to get the car detailed! Great service from Jackie Yates!

Gene Webb personally took care of everything - just as he promised he would. I feel that he gave me priority service and I was very pleased.
