Had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly. Jerry Jones was my salesman and he was very nice, he knew his job. He explained every thing very well. He showed me cars that he thought I might like and gave me the time to decide which vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was not a pushy salesman. I would recommend him as a very good salesman. He answered all of my questions very well. He did not try to sale me a car that I wasn't looking at. He was very informed about the cars he showed me. Lynn Layton Ford honors their commitments. When they make a mistake, they make it right. I'll put it this way. I live approximately forty (40) miles away and there are two dealerships much closer and this is the second F-150 I've purchased from L/L. In addition, their service department is one of the best I've seen. Unlike a lot of dealerships I've dealt with, they do not try to up-sell me. In other words, they don't create phantom problems in order to sell me something I don't need. I most highly recommend L/L Ford.

It was time for my 1500 mile inspection on my 2017 Explorer, so I took it to your facility. You have a fine looking building. I got there about noon but the service manager was very nice and offered 2 options....1. wait for short time for service at your main facility or 2. get it serviced at the building next door unless I had a particular problem with the vehicle. I was not having any problems with the car so I decided for the shorter....and I took it next door. They were very nice there as well and had me out of there in about 30 minutes. (I didn't time them, but it was very quick). They said they checked all the vitals (air in tires, washer fluid, trans. fluid, etc.) and assured me all was well. VERY SATISFIED with the service.....Quick and complete.

Phenomenal service & down to earth. Switched out wheels on my new truck & gave credit back for factory wheels. Couldn’t have had a better experience. 5 stars!

Good negociaions. People were friendly and nice. Car was not as "set to go" as I thought it would be. I had to set the time on the clock and return the next day to learn how to set the date which also was not set. These are very minor items but I did want to mention. A little more concerning was the fact that they removed the stock number sticker but left all of the glue on the windshield. I purchased some glue remover and cleaned it properly. Again, not a big deal but I don't think a new car should be delivered this way. Altogether the whole experience was very good and I am happy.
