Out of my experience with other car dealers Kia didn't pressure me into any choice and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I went in yesterday to have my Kia Optimas oil change done. When I went in the gentleman said the staff was about to go on lunch and they would be back in about an hour. We said we would come back later then, then the gentleman said wait just a sec, came back and said we'll get you in right now. They put their lunch off just to help us! They were so polite and did a great job! Fantastic customer service!

Very happy with my experience at dch-Kia-Temecula. I test drove several vehicles and settled on a certified pre-owned Sorento. Leo, the salesman, was low pressure, knowledgeable and very helpful before and even after the purchase. Thanks Leo. The service department was pleasant as well.

When my husband brought our Sorento in to find out what was happening with the front seat - Emma came out to greet him. He told her what was happening and she immediately knew what the issue was. Evidently, the plastic that surrounds the seat was broken and she showed my husband where the broken area was. She ordered a new piece and called us to arrange an appointment to have it installed. Our Sorento is now 100% again with the help of Emma in the Service Department. The service department as well as all of the members of the DCH Kia of Temecula team are #1. Come in to see them and you will know what I am talking about!!!

No nonsense work ethic. These guys and women know what an inconvenience it is to be without a car and how time worthy they're clients are. They get er done.

After a tough decision to buy a new car (I dread going to car dealerships!), I went to Kia of Temecula to check out options. Mike Munroe greeted me right away as was awesome to work with. Not only did he know all about the cars, but he helped me choose a vehicle that best suited my lifestyle and needs. I absolutely love my new 2014 Kia Soul+! I actually had fun from the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot. The staff was great to work with as well. Everything went so smoothly I felt like I was in a dream, or on Candid Camera hahaha. And I wasn't there for hours on end either... you know how that can be. Even the financing went quickly. So when it came time for the paint and fabric protection to be applied I thought this is where the proverbial shoe drops. Surprised again! I was taken right in and my car was ready before the estimated time given. I am very, very happy with Mike and Kia of Temecula.

I was tossing around the idea of buying a new car since my truck was a gas guzzler and had over 200,000 miles on it. So one day after work I headed over to Kia of Temecula and met with Mike Munroe. What a great guy! He was so knowledgeable in all the vehicles (new and used) that making my decision was an easy one. I love my 2014 Kia Soul+! After weighing all the options and keeping in mind my busy lifestyle, Mike helped me make the perfect decision. I never, ever, thought I'd say I had a great time at a car dealership, but I really did. There was no shortage of laughter throughout the process. Everyone there was great to work with and I was driving off the lot before I knew it. I have been to the service department and was taken right in and my car was done before the estimated time given. Someone pinch me! I have never been this happy over buying a car. Now I tell everyone I know to go see Mike when they are even thinking about buying a new vehicle. LOVE my KIA Sportage! I went to Kia I thought to look for a car for my daughter. I had been looking for a car, but was not planning on purchasing yet. Kris was so friendly, he asked me what I was looking for, explained some of my options, and we test drove some cars. He did not pressure me into a purchase, just made sure I understood my options and that I found a car I liked. I had never gone car shopping or even purchased a car before so this was all new to me. Kia is great, they worked with me on my trade in, made sure I was comfortable with the deal, gave me a great deal! No pressure to purchase, they just wanted me to be happy when I walked out whether I purchased a car or not. I LOVE my new KIA! They even walked me through the basics of using some of the new functions on my car after purchasing it. I would recommend DCH Kia of Temecula to everyone!!
