Andrea and the finance department went out of their way to get me into the car of my choice. I wasn't approved on first round but we made it work a month later and I will be sure to recommend this dealership because of the service.

The sales process was extremely effective, efficient and simple. As I had some specific needs Don introduced me to Charles. Don and Charles compassionately listened to my needs and then came up with a solution. I drove out with my Kia Rio that very same day. Every other car dealership in Temecula that I stopped at, was a typical "old school" car shopping experience - the exact same BS you would expect from a predictable car dealership. DCH KIa of Temecula was a very comfortable, easy and extremely satisfying buying experience.

I really appreciated that I recieved a call prior to my appointments, and when I met my technician he took the time to thank me and shook my hand. these guys beat everyone else from Riverside down to DelMar. Got the car in the color with the options we wanted (Forte EX) and at about 25% off of sticker. No one else would touch it. We did hit them on an unbelievably busy day when two couples bought two cars each ahead of us and there was only one finance person availible. the good news is that they stayed open until the deal was done (around midnight). the bad news was that I had to stay until the deal was done, about midnight. The car is fantastic and they also have Costco discounts on the service and parts. We bought the car for our daughter (who cried when we surprised her with it) and Dorian, the sale rep, gave her a more thurough briefing on how the car works then we recieved from BMW. Great people and a great deal on a great car. Big win across the board.

They always go out of their way to make sure we are happy. We get great service coupons and when they were unable to fix something right away on our 2013 sorrento they gave us a rental which they by contract did not have to do. DCH Kia of temecula is great.
