Fast friendly service.

Fast friendly service. Ordering this last car was frustrating trying to get correct rims. Have case#42634203 as of 5/4/23 trying to figure the upgraded rims to put on 2023 Escape ST Elite. My guy, Dan purchased for me, Audrey Becker with me as co owner. They reordered rims what dealer has listed for 5,000.00. We had replaced from original ones. They made us keep and said we have to resell after 2nd set was put on that we paid $5,000.00 for....and they're Still not what is shown on model when you do the "build your car" option and pics of ALL BLACK rims. Dealer sales staff says they have been working on for 3 weeks now to find correct style?. I dont even want to drive this car without the correct rims. Took us over a year to save for this car which will probably be the last car i drive at my age. Not a happy customer right now. Audrey Becker

Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable and made our experience today at Bob Maxey Ford an enjoyable one. Car shopping can be frustrating and tedious, but I have to say this time it wasn't. I will be back the next time we are in need of a vehicle.

Great experience

Our experience buying our new edge titanium was very positive. Josh is a knowledgeable salesman, and the finance guy didnt try to oversell us.

The truck wasn't exactly what I thought that I had

The truck wasn't exactly what I thought that I had ordered, but with one exception I like it. The fact that it didn't have Sirius was, is and continues to be a bummer. At any other time, I would have refused to accept the vehicle. It still burns me every time that I have an issue with it. Financing was a mess. All previous trade ins, any extra costs were rolled into the new price. I expected that and it didn't happen. The truck was delivered weeks late.I later found that, with out any written communication from Ford, that I was expected to know that I needed to contact Ford Credit to extend my lease. As a result of not knowing this, Ford Credit seriously dinged my credit rating. Then, after already doing an early review of the truck, in my presence, they did another one and, allegedly, found a whole new set of problems which they charged me for. They also charged me for the damage on the tonnue cover, which was not part of the lease. I had transferred it from a previous truck. Twice, they've said that they would take that off the bill and that they would revert to the original review of the truck. They still haven't done that. That whole experience has really soured me on dealing with Ford Credit which means I probably won't be able to lease another Ford vehicle.

Customer service.

Customer service. Its all about service. Tammy, the manager at Bob Maxey called me explaining some changes in policy regarding tire rotation on after market wheels. Originally I was told that tire rotation would not be performed but then I got a call from Tammy offering that they would in fact do this. She actually personally arranged a return visit and I was met by the service team the day I arrived like royalty. And no charge for the return visit and service. I have purchased a platinun f150 there and will certainly return to do this again from such a dedicated professional dealership. Tammy, you brought service to the "exceeds expectations".

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Josh W made the complete experience seamless and enjoyable. It was a complete pleasure working with Josh. His personality , attitude along with attention to detail afforded from the ordering to delivery a valued total customer service satisfaction experience. Without hesitation would we first recommend Josh, but also the dealership. When Josh wasn’t available for some additional assistance, he referred me to Caleb who was equally as pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Their attention to details was a very welcoming. We looked forward to any follow up or aftermarket services to meet as received expectations. Josh’s overall dedication and follow up serves you ownership / dealership well.
