John Beavers was patient with me when I got inpatient

John Beavers was patient with me when I got inpatient with Ford. Am happy to say after close to a month and more then a couple visits our problem was solved. Am hoping I never need to visit again, unless I am buying a new car. Barbara Dixon

Escape at Bob Maxy

Excellent service. Was able to determine exactly what I needed in a used car. Gave me good price and it was easy to buy. All the paper work was easy as well. Very helpful with orienting me to the car.

Arranged through one of the local Bob Maxey dealers (Lincoln) which arranged securing or obtaining car from/through (Ford-Howell). Excellent service w/Maxey Lincoln from which I've previously leased and purchased multiple vehicles. Majority contact was w/Maxey Lincoln (Mark Shampine) who again did a great job finding a suitable car & assisted with almost all of the processing tasks, save for handling digital forms (done by Maxey Ford - Howell).

Wow!

Wow!!! Greatest car buying experience ever! Julie Getkin is fantastic sales person. Bob Maxey ford the best. Recommend Julie to anyone buying a car. Process was great. Introduced to service and body shop and she thoroughly explained all aspects of my new explorer. Can’t imagine anyone doing it better. Might go back there just for a cup of coffee and hang out!, thank you Bob Maxey Ford and Julie Getkin!

My wife and I have been customers at Bob Maxey Ford for a number of years now and will continue to be in the future. We have also recommended them to others who have become satisfied customers. Recently purchased a used 2022 Ford Mach-E from Bob Maxey

Recently purchased a used 2022 Ford Mach-E from Bob Maxey Ford of Howell. The sales rep Aaron was great and helped answer all of my questions and walked me through the features on the vehicle. The sales process was equally pain free and quick. During the walk through Aaron showed us where the mobile charger for the vehicle was in the trunk of the vehicle and we took delivery of the car the next day. When we drove the car home we found out there was just a bag and one adapter and no charger in the vehicle. When we called the dealership to ask about the charger we were told by the used car manager Dan Duey there was nothing they could do for us. We expected the mobile charger to be in the vehicle as it was standard equipment on the car and the sales rep showed us it was part of the vehicle during the tour the day prior. The mobile charger was also listed on the sticker for the car and the options on the website. The dealer came back and offered to sell us a charger at half the retail price the next day but needless to say we were very disappointed and would recommend others to do business with other ford dealers instead.
