Great courteous service

The body shop service advisor, Karen Wenzel was right on the money with her damage appraisal (No add ons). She and the rest of the staff were very courteous and efficient.

great customer service and convenience

The staff was extremely kind....I had a few questions and they were answered. The previous ford dealer I went to for service treated me coldly when I asked a question. Also I love that this service dept. Takes appointments for even an oil change. I was thrilled with even a $10 rebate for my oil change because I am a single mom....

Great service

The diagnoses and honoring the warranty. I also appreciated the 'loaner' while my car was being fixed. Tony and Al were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

Excellent and professional service

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Kyler and he acted in a very professional manner. They gave me a ride home while they repaired my car and called a few hours later telling me it was done. I asked for a ride back to the dealership and within a couple of minutes someone called to tell me they were on their way. I walked in and Kyler again greeted me and brought out my paperwork and went over everything with me. He immediately got my car and brought it around for me. It was the smoothest experience I'd ever had and I told him so. Very professional. This is why I will buy my next car from you.

Knowledgeable Personnel, very clean facility.

Your Service Department is excellent, and Tony is a great rep for Ford and Bob Maxey. He was so patient with me regarding the problem I was having with the car, and I really appreciated him. I have a Ford dealer 1/2 mile from me in Novi, MI, but I choose Bob Maxey because all their personnel are wonderful!

Easiest Vehicle Purchase EVER!

The process was made so simple. Tina was informative, and has even helped with questions after my transaction! She didn't try to sell me something out of my price range, and helped me find the best bang for my buck within my budget! I have friends that are going to seek her out as well. I was also helped out by AL P in used car sales, however the vehicle I inquired about sold before I could get a chance to see it. He was also VERY helpful!
