Great friendly service

Personnel were friendly and efficient and went out of there way to make it a good experience. I was pleasantly shocked when there was no charge since the service took longer than anticipated.

Great Service

I purchased a 2013 Focus ST in September 2013. At the time I did not know that I had "summer tires" on my car. When I found out what kind of tires I had I couldn't afford to buy new tires. I had just purchased a new car after having no car payment for 7 years. I thought I would be able to drive the car anyways in the winter, not really knowing what "summer tires" were, but soon found out that wasn't true. After not being able to drive my car for two months, I contacted your service director Dan Rutherford. I inquired about possibly being able to trade my summer tires in for all season tires. I was more than elated when he informed me that they would install all season tires on my car for half price. Dan Rutherford and Bob Maxey Ford have restored my faith in car dealerships. I have already told numerous friends and family what Dan and Bob Maxey Ford have done for me. I drove my car to work today for the 1st time in 2 months, it was great. I love my car. Low pressure car buying experience

No heavy sales pitch. Each staff person we came in contact with was pleasant and knowledgeable. We continue to return to this dealership, although there is one closer to our home, because of the above and our saleswoman, Julie Getkin.

Service was great, my whole experiance was nice.

was very good service, compaired to my last experiance with Maxey custermer service, my confidence has been restored. I was first refered to Krug, now maxey ; by long standing patrons that have done buisness for over twenty years, and several generations (The Marocco's)....My first time there i was very unhappy about the service , but thanks to Mr. Maroccos' insistance of "giving it another chance" my trust and confidence has been restored. Good service , prompt timeing , Did not wash truck

When I took my car in for service Scott Clowers whom I purchased the vehicle from , immediately went back to the service department to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner.

Clean facilities - Great Service Department

Greeted with a helpful smile and asked about what service I was needing. I was on time for the appointment and was taken care of with ease. The wait time was not lenghty and I was out in under an hour for an oil change.
