Friendly, professional, and not pushy. Second time leasing from them. Always has good lease deals. They didn’t have the color I wanted, but got one here the next day. Thanks for making everything easy and stress free.

Great Service in Service Dept. Abs module reprogrammed....

Great Service in Service Dept. Abs module reprogrammed. Great Service in Body Shop. Door realignment. Both items covered under warranty. Both Jim Wodja and Matt Burnidge were of great help.

This is my second unit I purchased at Bob Maxey Ford of Howell and I am totally pleased with the Dealership. The Sales Associate (Dennis) was very helpful and handled all of my questions completely. When you walk into the Dealership you are greeted by many of the Staff as you walk to your sales person. The Finance Associate (Matt) offered many options without placing any pressure on me. I also have had good experience with the Service Department and all-in-all am totally pleased. Thank You Very Much.

The Service Dept. did a fine job fixing a safety recall...

The Service Dept. did a fine job fixing a safety recall on my Mercury. It took a bit longer than I was led to believe, but in fairness, it was an unusual repair and required special handling. Follow up to my comment/concern was pleasant and satisfying. Overall, they were quite professional and I would go back to Maxey Ford.

I will never recommend that anyone take a damaged car to...

I will never recommend that anyone take a damaged car to Bob Maxey Collision. At my insurance company's request I had them repair a car that had only moderate damages. They tell me now, after two full months, that I will be able to pick it up this afternoon. They had it so long that the insurance company told me they were no longer willing to pay for the rental car I've been using all this time. It was not until then, after they agreed to pay for the rental until my car was repaired, that they decided to complete the work. The one star rating was generous. The review above was written before I picked up my car. Given that, I did not respond to the question of whether the work performed was satisfactory. Now that I have picked it up I am able to say the car has been beautifully repaired. I didn't respond to the question of price because it wasn't really something I was concerned with. The work was paid for by the insurance company of the person who hit my car. I should also add that everyone I worked with there was very personable with me. My complaint is primarily with the fact that it took so long to get my car back. I should also mention that after Bob Maxey saw my initial review they called me to discuss it. We both agreed that there was no way the work performed should have taken 2 months. I did tell that caller that I was very satisfied with the work performed.

terrible! Waited 2 hours for an oil change! after they told me it would be 30 mins. Went to look for my car and they hadn't even started yet....
