On January 20th of 2021My wife took here 2013 escape in...
On January 20th of 2021 My wife took here 2013 escape in for a routine oil change. While it was there she had asked for the brakes to be inspected because the brake fluid light was on. I called them the next day To inform the that the oil service light had not been reset and that the dip stick was approximately 1 quart low. Then i informed the manager that the right rear brake caliper was leaking and that in had failed. I was told that the lube technician were not certified mechanics. My question then was why are they inspecting safety critical components on my wife's car. The report they gave my wife had all green checkmarks, including the brake system. Be pacific when asking for an inspection for something more than a oil change. Asked for a certified mechanic. Dave
