I bought a Ecosport and I love it

When I needed a new car I went to Bob Maxey since their service department treated my with respect and took very good care of me when I brought my old car in for work. I was greeted by Sam and we went to work looking for an Ecosport. The first one was the one I bought. I love it and the ease of buying it through Bob Maxey!

MAINTENANCE

Took car in for it's first oil change. Not only did they change the oil, but they did a tire rotation and washed the car. They've always treated me right.

Dead battery

Excellent service. My battery was dead and no way to jumpstart it as it was in the garage. I called the Service Manager and he promptly sen 2 gentleman out to start and take it the dealership. They replaced the battery with a new one. Picked the car up the next morning. That’s why we buy cars there.

Great customer service, followed CDC guidelines during...

Great customer service, followed CDC guidelines during sale. Worked with me to get car I wanted during the pandemic! Julie recognized that car had not been thoroughly cleaned when I received it and offered me A free detailed cleaning at a later date.

Great experience but new truck was dirty on the inside

Jennifer is amazing per usual. The only thing is the dash was filthy. There were only 15 miles on truck. Had to clean when we got home.

45,000 mile oil change & check-up

I took my vehicle in during the Covid 19 Shutdown of almost all businesses. I called for an appointment & was able to get in the same week. The work was finished in approx., 1/2 hour. I am very satisfied with Bob Maxey Ford.
