You got the job done.The service department. is lacking in friendly approach to its customers.The nicest person to me was the mechanic that fixed my truck.Otherwise I was just a number.

Surprising good service

I’ve been to this dealer twice now for service and both times they have not disappointed me. They were on time or were early with my service. This makes me feel I can plan and count on them for a job done when said and done well. Thank you to all the service people on my work done

Excellent service

I was very satisfied with the service I received and purchased a used vehicle from Michael. The car was in great condition and the dealership even made sure I was able to access all previous maintenance records.

2020 escape

I had some issues when I first purchased my new escape. The people at Bob Maxey service went over and above to correct the problem. Very satisfied.

Ecosport exhaust system

My Ecosport exhaust system rusted out after one year. Ford OK'd a new system to be installed on my vehicle. When I received my vehicle after installation it was externally load as I drove it home. I could not return to the dealership to question the problem due to me have to leave town for two weeks. I did however call the service department and let them know that when I returned to town I would bring the vehicle back. My vehicle set in my garage for the two weeks that I was gone. Upon my return I took the vehicle in and they said they would find out why it was making all the noise. When finished they told me that they rehung the system and also pointed out a dent to the muffler, They as much as said that I dented it somehow. I drove home to my garage and back to the dealership after the two weeks I was gone. I find it hard to believe it was dented by me as it was only driven to my house and back to the dealership. I believe it was dented during installation and they refused to admit that it had happened at their facility. It doesn't make any more noise but the muffler is still dented and will remain so until failure. I do like Bob Maxey Ford for my vehicle purchases and will continue to use them. This will just leave a bad taste in my mouth for now.

Andi was great.

Andi did a great job of taking care of us with getting vehicle we were interested in They put four new tires on it and there was no pressure put on us to buy. Great experience at Bob Maxey Ford, Howell.
