Bought a 2017 Lincoln MKC. Great service during the sale....

Bought a 2017 Lincoln MKC. Great service during the sale. After not so much. 1 month later still waiting on vanity mirror that was broken. Called sales person numerous times for update. Yet to return our call.

Good service and on time delivery was courteous willing to work with to make a deal they had my car ready next day and close the deal

Dumbfounded!

I had my oil changed and well two days later I went into the back seat and found a brand new oil filter still in the box laying on the seat. I didn't call and ask due to the problem I had with my truck that I had taken in on the same day. They kept my truck for three days to trouble shoot the air conditioning not working. Dropped it off on Friday and agreed they could keep it until Monday. His reasoning for wanting to keep it until Monday was to troubleshoot, which sounded very reasonable. When I didn't hear anything by 5 pm on Monday I called and was informed they hadn't even looked at it and was informed they had all the time they needed! I informed them no that was not the case. The service person then gave a bunch of excuses which I interrupted him and said I needed to go on a trip when will you look at it. He informed me first thing Tuesday. The service person called me Tuesday morning around 10 am and informed me the a/c was low on fluid, they filled it re-pressuredized it or whatever they do and the truck was ready! During the whole time I communicated with the service person I felt like I was talked to like I didn't know a thing about anything and I could tell it was a massive snow job. Well after the issue with my truck I didn't want to go through that again. I ended up taking my car to a reputable auto mechcanic who couldn't tell if the oil filter installed on the car was new or not because of the weather we have had. The oil on the dip stick look ok he said but then again he couldn't tell. I had to go on a trip so will have the oil changed again when I get into Virginia. So as of now I don't know if the oil was changed or not!

I scheduled multiple things to be taken care of on my...

I scheduled multiple things to be taken care of on my vehicle, I didn’t get a rental car so I had to use their shuttle service. I needed my car back in time to pick up my daughter from school, which they noted but then I ended up being the one calling them asking about the status of my vehicle. They didn’t order two parts needed for my vehicle which they were aware of so I will need to return and this was on October 28th, still haven’t heard from anyone and I’m sure I will not.

Ford Fusion

Bought 4th car from Mitchell Glapa. Excellent salesman and trustworthy. He listened to what we were looking for and was not pressuring. Willing to spend the time to make sure it was exactly the car we wanted. Will definitely contact him for our next car down the road!!! Thanks Steve M
