I purchased a 2016 Fusion. My sales rep., Tina, was super and all other staff that I had contact with were very nice and helpful.

Everything was great, they completed the repairs while I was at work.

We had an emergency power train issue and Bob Maxey's dealership in Howell scheduled the vehicle in right away. The problem was determined and corrected and the rest of the vehicle given a multi-point check. All done promptly with full consideration of our transportation needs through their courtesy service. All in all a good experience.

Talked to my salesman, Dennis while I waited and as usual had a friendly and positive discussion about a further purchase.
