We had an emergency power train issue and Bob Maxey's dealership in Howell scheduled the vehicle in right away. The problem was determined and corrected and the rest of the vehicle given a multi-point check. All done promptly with full consideration of our transportation needs through their courtesy service. All in all a good experience.

Talked to my salesman, Dennis while I waited and as usual had a friendly and positive discussion about a further purchase. He has been great with my four previous purchases and look forward to another one when my lease is up in February. (Give him some kudos) Your new facility is great! Remember when the waiting room was a "few chairs" in the sales area.
