great service, updated waiting area

Employees are always helpful, careful, timely, and friendly. We have no problem or worries when we bring our cars in for service. We don't have to wait forever to get an appointment either.

Leasing Experience

I've leased several vehicles from Brian Waldo and the service I recieve is always top notch. I am a little dissapointed with the vehicle prep this time, as the inside of my windsheild was filthy and streaked bad.

CMax service/repair

We were impressed that Dan responded to our email on a Sunday. We were able to get the car towed to the dealership and it was there for them to check out on Monday morning. I called in Monday morning to leave a call back number. I did have to call back again late Monday afternoon to find out what the status was, as I needed to make arrangements for a vehicle for Tuesday. I was told it would likely be ready on Tuesday morning if the updates were completed. I called back on Tuesday and was told it was all set to go. I guess I would have appreciated someone calling me to let me know it was ready. Overall though, everyone was very nice and we were very happy with the service.

car service

I went in for the 2 recalls on my Fusion. They had it done in a 1 1/2 hrs. They said 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Very happy with that. Jared was especially nice.

service was fast and professional and the car was washed upon completion. The waiting area is exceptional!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance work was completed, prices were competitive and vehicle runs great! I will definitely use this shop for future service.

my family and friends have been loyal customers of fords for over 45years,with bob maxey our favorite. Tina Sosa has been our sales person to go to for all our needs . She has gone above what any other sales associate has ever gone to help all of us .
