Great experience great service

Friendly helpful staff would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and love the service department always satisfied with the work they do. Thanks again love my 2008 jeep almost a year later and still enjoying it everyday

Great

The new waiting room was magnificent and it was a relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I'd recommend is put a computer in the back corner so waiters can surf the web while they wait.

Car Owner

I had an emergency situation, and Dan Rutherford told me to bring it in immediately. I had my car there in 15 minutes. The courier took me home, and then he picked me up again when the repairs were completed. Excellent service! Thank you Bob Maxey Ford of Howell.

Great customer service & value for your money

I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and 30,000 mile checkup for my 2014 Escape. I arrived at 10:30 and was out the door by 11:05 with all the work done and my vehicle washed! I feel that with the car wash included the price I paid was an excellent value. Thanks!
