Without Masks
Why do you let employees wait and customers work without masks in the building? Service Reps, Sales People, Customers. Some don't even PRETEND to wear masks. Some just dangle them on their ears. Some have them only around their chins. A Customer was seated in the waiting area for at least a half an hour wearing his below his chin.

Overall experience was great!
Luke was easy to work with, informative, helpful, available, and best of all he was not pushy. Being a single female coming into the dealership solo on my first visit, I really appreciated this! There was no pressure and I was well taken care of! Other employees in the dealership were friendly and the trip to see the finance manager was an easy one. There were no surprises, everything was exactly as it was presented. I highly recommend!

Top Notch Service. Sales - not so much
There was a B7 RS4 listed for sale. I spoke with Errol Wade (the owner of the car), he attempted to force my hand that I had to buy the vehicle that day 8/8/20 for his to sell it. I understand that he likes his car. 2 days later (8/10/20) I got a call from Jeremy Forcier letting me know that the car was still for sale, I asked the appropriate questions regarding the condition. He gave me the run around for several hours, only to call me back to tel me that the listing was pulled down. Again, that’s fine, but don’t waste time if the car is not available anymore so that I don’t make plans to leave work early to drive to the dealer to look at the car. Good thing I didn’t. However, the service department at Audi Denver is top notch. They really handle the service with care and arrange a ride for you if the repair will take a while.

I drive a long way to access the service at Audi Denver....
I drive a long way to access the service at Audi Denver. I purchased my A-4 ten years ago and love driving it every day. The way it "growls" when I back out of the garage and the responsive 6-speed Quatro in whatever gear I need. I do have a bias for a standard transmission and this one is the best of any car I have owned to date. The service was thorough, fairly-priced and was completed more quickly than promised.
