Although the problem was not fixed the service was great....

Although the problem was not fixed the service was great. We were given a complete explanation and an estimated completion date to fix the problem with the software.

Stanley was (as always) extremely helpful, including helping to juggle appointments for service on two cars. I appreciate the video summary of the inspection. Loaner car is very convenient. Discounts help with high-ish costs of service.

May I confirm other reviews that you might be scammed by Audi of Denver. We bought what we thought was a new car and had numerous deficiencies. I would never had paid for this car if I knew that it had problems. When I complained, it was explained that it was perfectly legal to sell a car with an engine replacement, used tires, recalls, extensive GPS destination (where was this car driven?) Endless phone calls, flat tires, amazing amount of dust and leaves in the engine, wear on the drivers seat, missing part for the roof rack . Frankly, I am just embarrassed that I was so trusting. I am sorry that I ever engaged this business. They have shamed us. Why did I ever trust them?

Josh Ryan and his team were great. I brought my 2017 Audi...

Josh Ryan and his team were great. I brought my 2017 Audi Q7 in without an appointment due to a left side mirror that was bent forward beyond the normal position at a car wash. Josh and team expressed concern, started work on the car right away and were able to get the mirror back in normal position. This without having to replace any parts. Wasn't easy, but they did it.

Ryan Vanyi provided a superior car-buying experience. He is very knowledgable, very professional, extremely efficient, and a pleasure to work with. He makes an encounter that most people dread as an ordeal and that typically takes hours to complete into an enjoyable and interesting experience. He is the "cream of the crop" on the sales side. Andy Benavides was also a pleasure to work with on the finance and closing side, and he was likewise ultra-knowledgable, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to Audi Denver, and we will always include Audi Denver for any future vehicle purchase considerations. And, we love the A4 - it is our first Audi and a great vehicle.
