I bought a Xfinity truck I made a $2,500 payment to get the truck a week later my car start acting up come to find out they put the wrong battery in my car turned around they start harassing me for monthly payments which was my car note then after that they threatened to sue me and repoed my car come to find out the battery that they put in my car wasn't the right fit for my car they overcharged me on the loan electronically sign my name to something that did not belong to me and then turned around and filed bankruptcy and still repossess my car and then turned around again and put my repossession on my credit report then they went out of business but what's so funny is because Caspian Auto still have the same workers but a whole different name and they do not finance DC residents they do Maryland and Virginia why is that

I brought a 2009 Lexus Rx 350 and it was only for 9000 I put down 8 thousand and found out they took a different amount loan out and signed electronically and now I don’t know how to get new tags because they never sent me a title smh

I paid them 800 cash for my car they pocket my month and repo my car and took out a loan in my name signing loan agreements electronically signing my initials

Purchased a 2017 Promaster city cargo van for my business. Have had nothing but problems with it. Put $3000 down payment on the van to lower the cost to find out later that the money went straight into there pocket and not the down payment and still financed the entire total of the van. Stay away from this place at all cost.

I got a BMW from then back in May and pay my car payments on time.But when Im looking at my credit they have it as if I late every month .I been having problems with my car and they wont fix it right and keep calling on the day of about payment and telling me that they going to come take my car if I dont pay and I cant pay with CASH APP to make the payment and I dont have to use the app to pay anymore. They talk to their customers all nice and once you get the car or truck they start talking to you any type of way.Also wont take your calls or will say the service department will call you and they never do.Its always something with this company they are BAD FOR BUSINESS dont go here they will mess up you credit bad and sale you a LEMON

They stole money from me down payment...and up charged the value on my car

Same thing happened to me i bought a vehicle from here but they say it was paid already but at the end it was never paid so now im going to have to Go through the law since in my credit still says i owed that vehicle when this guys told me it was going to be pay when they really never did so im pretty sure we’ll see u in court caspian

In January I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Caspian. Still had the 30 day tags on it when it broke down for the first time. Took it to the shop where they informed me that the entire engine is under recall and that there were other things wrong with it besides just the engine. Caspian basically rigged my car enough to get it off the lot and into my possession. They refuse to do anything to help me with this car. This car is still under warranty with them as well for another few thousand miles and they are refusing to take responsibility. All I'm asking for is either another car or the same value that has been checked out by my mechanic, or give them the car back for a full refund. And that by Virginia law, is my right. I have reached out to Anthony, the actual business owner. He reads all of my messages, but hides and refuses to contact me. A complaint has been filed with the BBB, and on Monday a lawsuit will be filed as well. See you in court.

While patrolling the internet at various used car sites such as Edmunds, Vroom, Cars.com, Car Gurus, etc., looking for a particular vehicle, I came across CASPIAN AUTO HOUSE MOTORS in Stafford VA. I did my due-diligence research on the company and car that I wanted, and determined that not only did they have the vehicle that I wanted, but a lower price than some of the other dealers that offered the same vehicle. It was determined that Caspian sold MY vehicle for less because of the volume of cars they offered: They simply wanted to 'keep the line moving'! They worked with me through the entire process, and charged a reasonable fee to have it delivered to my door! I personally want to thank Caspian's General Sales Manager [Mike Nassari] and salesman [Andrew Mamad] for a job well done. Dr. Mike
