Stay away from Caspian Auto Motors.
******Update 01/11/2022****** The owner sends me a text message about a review he saw on yelp from my wife. Because of the honest review, he changed his mind about the good will offers he promised to take care of. Then tried to blackmail me and say "if you change the review, I'll give you a loaner. I don't have to give you a loaner while I'm fixing this one issue that I originally worked on. I won't fix anything else unless you pay." Be weary of this company. If I had the time, I would stand over at the gas station next door with a sign telling folks to run away from Caspian Auto Motors. Check yelp, those reviews tell more about the issues folks deal with as well. Throughout this whole thing I learned a thing or two about the company. If this could have been prior knowledge, I would have never showed up after I intially called!! I found out that they own the dealership, the bank, the warranty company, and they've partnered with the mechanics. Not to say the mechanics don't do their job, it just seems like they only take care of the 1 issue even if they know it's another issue. I guess they can only work on what they are being paid for by these crooks! ******Update 12/31/2021****** Got my car back today. I was happy because I just wanted this issue to be behind me. They had my vehicle initally because of an emissions issue reported from Onstar. They initially took it to one mechanic and stated it was the engine. Because they were taking too long, they took it to another mechanic. This stated it was the catalytic converter and not the engine. They replaced it, called me said they test drove it and everything checked out great! I picked up my car, drove it to Richmond and drove it back to Fredericksburg. I rolled down my windows to enjoy the warmer temperatures for the day and noticed a strong exhaust smell. I thought nothing of it, because I just put it on reverse to back up. As the evening goes on, here we are again. Engine light comes on. I get my diagnostic check from OnStar AGAIN, and they state its an emissions issue. This is the same issue that they had it for over 1 month for already. So I'm supposed to go into 2022 with this! Not happy at all!!! ******Update 11/22/2021****** They took my vehicle in, let me know the update. They are looking out so far. We shall see how things go. Updated to 3 starts because they are taking ownership and trying to make things right. Will make it 5 stars again if things work out as needed. ******Update 11/20/2021****** My vehicle is no longer working, it's only been 11 days SMH. I've contacted the dealership and we shall see if they get it fixed or what the options are. BUT THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. IF ITS NOT FIXED THEN THIS RATING WILL STAY AS A 1 STAR! If you need to get a vehicle from here. Hit up Miguel. I was in a bad place, just came out of a BK, credit was shot and I came in with my $1000 and I got into a great vehicle. I came in for one and they worked a better deal for another. I'm truly thankful and I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible
Vehicle had several major problems. Need new tires & electrical system. They only want to put in a new battery & replace 2 tires with retreads.

Shady dealer with terrible customer service
We negotiated a price by phone prior to driving an hour and a half to the dealer, but when we were ready to purchase they would not honor the negotiated price along with the warranty. We made an appointment to test drive and when we arrived we had to wait an hour and a half before we could even see the vehicle. Then had to wait another half hour for them to change a flat tire to be able to drive it. Plus, the overall atmosphere is very shady - the stereotype you think of for used car salesmen. So there was no way we were buying a car there without the warranty. Honestly I would gladly pay more at another dealership than give these guys a dime of my money.

Not actual price.
The advertised price is a low ball. They added $1000 as I sat down to purchase. They said it was in the ad. It wasn't, I double checked. I have spent years in sales and I consider that unethical. I would have paid what they wanted as long as they took care a couple of small items and two tires.

CROOKS WHO SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
Update: We just received our vehicle back over a month after them having it. OnStar confirmed it was the engine. They also confirmed it was the engine at first as well. Weeks went by and nothing was fixed. Last week, we were then advised that it wasn't the engine but the catalyst converter. Contacted the Attorney General Confirmation Number: 21-04212, the MVDB, BBB and whoever else will listen to our experience and help us get this voided out. Picked up the vehicle on 12/31/2021 and guess what happens! The vehicle goes down again. Guess what the issue is? THE ENGINE. They are going to fix this mess! Will keep everyone posted as this unfolds. We have all the time today and will fight this issue until they let us out of this ridiculous loan for a vehicle that is not even running. Shame on you guys. My husband went to them with $1000. The first issue was the axle. We didn’t have our vehicle for 2 days due to confusion on their end about us needing our vehicle back as soon as that part was repaired. They switched finance companies without letting my husband know just to get a better deal and more money. Westlake advised us that the down payment was the same and would not have increased whatsoever. We ended up paying $1500 instead of the $1000. Here are some facts before you make the decision to buy from them: 1. They are the bank "Total Auto Finance". Right down the street from there. 2. They are the mechanic. Who knows if your issues are even fixed when they say they are. 3. They are even the extended warranty company. 4. They also have an understanding with the inspection company who inspects their lemon vehicles. We will be speaking with a lawyer to see how we can make sure they don’t do this to anymore families. Period. You don’t sell lemon cars and tell someone what they signed as if you aren't being shady and trying to pull a quick on folks. Shortly after taking the vehicle from the lot, our engine light came on and a fuel leak issue. OnStar did a full diagnostic so we have full records and codes of the issue that clearly were there before they sold us this lemon.

No les recomiendo comprar carro aqui yo compre uno y a las dos semanas se me arruino ahora tengo que pagar mas de $4,000 en reparación y el dealer no se hiso responsable de nada. Venden carros si pasarles inspecciones. Tengan mucho cuidado les recomiendo si compran carro llevarlo a inspección a un taller de verdad antes de firmar papeles

Disappointing dealership
At first it was nice when I brought the car then the person who sold me the car went went on a vacation their customers services is very very poor their acting so dumb and it very disappointing experience with them just don’t do it

Do not spend your money with this place!!
They me sold 2 trucks 1 didn't even make off the lot. The next one was delivered with a broken engine mount!! Less than 2 months ago. Iv been trying to contact them since it was dropped off. Told me to get an estimate to fix now clamming its not covered under a warranty. It has been the most and worst dealership iv ever come across. I'm so disappointed and I am stuck they got over on me and trust me they will get you as well.

Very disappointed!!!
The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Went in yesterday evening to purchase a car, I had been in contact with someone over text. I am form the person I would be going yesterday evening they said it was fine I let them know that I was coming for Frederick Maryland more than two hours away they said it would be no problem. When I arrived. A lady greeted me and told me we are close I informed her I had an appointment she asked for my phone number I gave her my number she then found the person I was talking to the sales man’s was busy so he passed me on to someone else. When the new cells man comes over to greet us and that’s it was what we were looking for I am formed him in the car I was coming to purchase are ready have been in contact with a sales person they knew I was coming in to purchase now she’s just get information. When he asked how was it going to be financing I informed him, I already have my finance he then walked away talk to the young lady who greeted us, and said I cannot believe someone made an appointment so late this is so annoying. He then came back us. And says sorry we can’t help you the lot is close. What makes it so frustrating is that I was in contact with someone already about coming in to purchase a car, they knew I was coming from 2+ hours always, and what time I was going to be getting there. So imagine my frustration when I was told no one can help me. This was very disappointing. Oh well it’s their loss.
