They do not care about you

So somehow payments to my car was disputed and returned to my account. My bank has stopped and cancelled any and all disputes. Even still I am trying to make payments to my account to resolve the issue until bank is done with their investigation, TAF representatives are not trying to accept my money yet they just want to repo my car. They won’t let me speak to supervisor or manager. They won’t give me copy of my payment history. And they are now mad that I’m writing reviews based on my experience. So they just want to take my car. Off of their own emotions. I will not recommend this place to no one. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get into a contract with these loan sharks. They are not a finance company. Chris and Fiorella are very disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s like dealing with gangsters or loan sharks. They even tried to have me make payments to my car via cash app. Then get mad becuase I won’t make a transaction of $1400 through cash app. They put me in a deeper hole than I was in when I was informed of this.

I went with wife to see 2 Ford Explorers, the one showed first was loud and when i mentioned it to salesman his response was " oh its a big engine". When inquire about the other one, i was told it wasn't in stock. but I saw it parked and were pushy to sell the bad one. not allowing us to see the other. We run away from them

Snakes on a lot!

Please stay away from this xxxx hole operated by devious, conning, thirsty snakes. The will get you in a car.. talk in circles around you while the lie about everything they tell you. The will try to bribe you will a free tank of gas for a good google review. Only for you to drive off the lot and discover they sold you a piece of junk!! The will screen you calls to avoid responding to any complaints. My sales person was Jarome and I found it odd that the first question he asked me was for my number. Now I know why! The all work together to screen call to avoid customers due to their knowingly gross practices. I have spent over 1k within the 6 months I purchased and now my car isn't running at all. Everything you've read is TRUE about this shiesty dealership. Don't know how the sleep at night...oh right..They don't have a concise. You've been warned!

I have never had such a hard time with purchasing a used

I have never had such a hard time with purchasing a used car in my life and I have been buying used cars every 2-3 years. My salesperson Miguel was so nonchalant and SICK and mind you this was after Christmas and during the pandemic. Then he tried to lie and say that the dealership doesn't offer a warranty, which it clearly stated on cars.com in the "sellers notes" (which is the dealer) put into cars.com. My husband suggested we leave, because he wasn't getting a good feeling about him lying, he was nonchalant, and he said there was a $999 dealership fee. What does that dealership fee go to especially when they don't process any tax and tags and I didn't need any financing? They give you temp tags and they send you the title paperwork. This is where I would give them 0 stars if I could. So, had to call them after a month of them not sending me the title paperwork. It was hard to reach anyone (and Miguel, who sold me the car, just transferred me instead of helping me) and after 5 calls and messages, someone answered the phone (because they have caller ID and you CANNOT get in touch with someone in the title department). So, had to get another 30 day temp tag since they just sent the title paperwork. Go to MVA and what happened? They didn't fill out all the paperwork and then previous owners didn't fill out the paperwork right either. So tried calling them every 2-3 hours and leaving messages for 3 days. Finally called the sales line and asked to speak to a manager. I told them that I could not title the car because of their negligence and I will return the car if someone doesn't get back to me right away. (Watch too many judge shows to know that you can take the car back if you can't title the car because of the seller.) Lo and behold, someone gets back to me and they send me the paperwork. Had to go to the MVA twice, because the previous titles were missing information and I had to keep contacting them for the missing information. They had the nerve to say that the information that wasn't filled out with previous title holders was not their responsibility. If the MVA said I couldn't title the car without that information, then it is YOUR responsibility to have that information. Then by the time we went to the MVA it was another 30 days passed and they said that they couldn't give us another 30-day temp tag since they can only give out 2. Their only saving grace is Ted. He was the only one who called me and helped me get the paperwork and information I needed. Sad thing is that I'm not the only person who experienced this though after reading through the reviews. Wished I had saw the reviews.

Every week they would make the effort to contact me to

Every week they would make the effort to contact me to see if my financial situation had change. Then it finally it did. Before I even got to the dealership they had me approved for a loan and all I needed to do was go in fill out the paperwork then just drive off with my car.

Misleading price quotes!!

Dealer agreed on a price. After I made an inspection appointment and drove 45 minuets they claimed there was a "miscommunication" and reneged on the price they agreed to. This is a completely dishonest practice and I do not advise anyone go buy from this dealer. Additionally, when I tried to show the manager the text communication where they had agreed to the price, he told his co-manager to hand me the phone so I could leave. He was not interested in finding out what happened, instead told me that they are "not a non-profit organization" and that they're in the business to make profit.

Bmw x3

I bought a car from the company and before buying they promised to do some minor stuff which will cost like $200-300. But even for that money they don't keep their promises after selling the car! It's not about the money its about their words. Do not trust this company!!!

Caspian Are LIARS!!

They Are Not Answering My Calls and Its URGENT Because I Can Not Register My Car and Get Tags... I reside in another state and came down to purchase a Buick Enclave because the price was affordable... Ben the salesman called me everyday until I decided to visit the dealership... I specifically asked the dealership did they have the title of the car ON HAND because I would need the title in my home state to register the vehicle.. My salesperson was Mahammad/Max Mamishzada because Ben was out sick... They said they had it.. Im back in my home state and I have the wrong paperwork, which is unfair, unjust and to me is discrimination!! Why would you lie about having the paperwork?? I told Ben and Mahammad I would need the title because I have to register the vehicle in person in 7 business days so I would not occur any late fees... Almost 3 weeks later and I have not received the title or the DMV and the Manager and Title Clerk are not returning my calls. Caspian needs to be responsible for my late fees because yall lied and didn't follow through with the paperwork!!!! Someone needs to respond to mefast!!!
