They lied from day one and I now have legal council involved. They aren’t bullying me when there are multiple violations of the truth in lending act, and multiple other violations of consumer protection statutes. This business has terrible reviews that speak for itself. I only wish I had done more research. Don’t be naive like me!!!! STAY AWAY.

Save yourself!! DO NOT GO HERE! They changed the deal the day after I signed all the paperwork so they could gouge me for more money..WHO DOES THAT??!! Changes a deal after everything is signed, titled in the wrong state...refused to answer my calls....If you do not want cheated and want a professional experience..DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! Bad experience alert: Called about a GLE, the car was there but need to be transported. It was actually on the Stratford lot which is by far closer but I guess it was a matter of commission. The car was supposed to be transported, the sales guy would keep daily communication only to tell me the car was unavailable or sold. Finally I put a deposit on a soon to be available car that I would be testing driving and picking up in one week. Day of visit the car isn’t available. I drive around locally find a car. I requested a return of deposit to my card, 2 to 3 business day. A week and a day later nothing. #Igottimetoday

Horrible dealership. Very dishonest, please be sure to go over ALL over your paperwork detail by detail and if something doesn't feel right go with your gut! They lie and don't hold up to their promises and you cant even get them to return a call after you have purchased the vehicle. Buyers beware! Jerome was our salesman and said he would send out missing hubcap and keys the next day , that was over a month ago and they still havent got back with us after many calls. He says he will talk to his manager. His manager says he will talk to Jerome, and then neither call us back. He also tried to sucker us into paying this crazy fee for a warranty said we had to have (even though we have full coverage on the vehicle) then after arguing with him he did remove it and then offered us the same warranty for 2 years for the cost of the 6month warranty he was trying to force on us. I should have known then that they were not honest and the purchase was not worth the risk of dealing with a dealership like this. Also, the bribe you with a full tank of gas for a good review, that's how they have so many good reviews on her . But look at their facebook page for real reviews!

I purchased 2012 Ford Mustang from here two days ago. This is great place to purchase a car. They are very friendly and nice. They offered me warranty at a great value. I will definitely be back
