I bought car from this dealership because of finance guy's extra effort to work out with me. I had a trade-in to put down as a down payment. Despite the fact that my trade-in was not in good condition, they gave me some value for my car which made me happy to purchase something nicer and newer. I really want to thank finance guy to work out a deal with me and got me a car I was looking for. I will definitely refer this dealership.

My credit was not good and I totaled my car a few weeks ago. I had Mercedes C-class and I was looking for something similar. I was searching for a car online and submitted couple loan apps to different dealers. Since my credit was not that good, I was kind of worried. But Tina from Caspian Auto called me saying I was approved. I was very happy to hear that. I went there next day and checked out the car and did the paperwork same day. I want to thank you guys for getting back to me asap and approving me.

?After submitting loan application, I got a fast response from Matt. He was very patient and walked me through the whole process. He welcomed me warmly when I got in. I finally purchased the vehicle and I was amazed by the service. I will recommend this dealer to everyone. ?

I stopped by this dealership because I was the car I was looking for a while. Red mustang with red interior. They have a great staff. I drove the car and It was in great shape. I financed through them. I was hopeless that any bank will take me due to my credit but you know what they got me approved. I will definitely refer my friends.

I was in an extensive search for a particular vehicle, that led me to finding an excellent candidate at Caspian Auto. Now i was skeptical as i had been burned several times with the typical used car dealer nonsense. I own an automotive repair shop and knew exactly what i was looking for.(not at all an ideal customer for scam ridden dealers) I spoke back and forth with Tina about the vehicle and my concerns of driving 6 hours from NY, to look at a vehicle that may or may not have been what they were advertising. She was initially very helpful and helped relieve my concerns by telling me as a usual practice for out of state buyers they would have the mechanic go through an inspection via facetime or skype before i made the trip down. This is when things took a turn.. I was asked if i had an Iphone for facetime, and having an android i responded that i did not. I asked if they could do skype instead as she had mentioned t previously as an option and she said she would look into it. 3 days went by with no response. I then offered to just use my girlfriends phone to conduct it using facetime to make things easier and still no response. It's been 2 weeks and haven't heard a word back. I could understand if it was an unreasonable request had they not been the ones to offer this service. I can't speak on the quality of the vehicle or purchase experience as i did not make it that far. I found the lack of response both unprofessional and unacceptable, being in the business if i ghosted one of my customers i would certainly lose their business. I don't feel that a simple response one way or the other was much to ask. Can't help but feel i dodged a bullet here, if this is how it starts i can't imagine how it would have ended. Long story short i happily spent my $20,000 else where..

Car needed a ton of work. Front bumper snaps all broken, needs new bumper, brakes, rotors, exhaust has a striafht pipe coming out of it. If you want a good laugh chack it out. The wheels are ruined from brake dust and the brake build up. Car was supposed to be "clean with little to no flaws". Drove over an hour and a half, check in hand and was very disappointed. Would never recommend this place. The customer service was awful as well. Manager would not negotiate off of a price that was completely out of this world for the list of things wrong. Just an overall horrible experience. Online photos did great coverups. Buyers beware. Save youreself a headache and goto a real dealer.

Caspian Auto Motors was very helpful to get the car I wanted. My credit was not that good and I was hopeless to get the car. I called Caspian Auto and they encouraged me to leave loan application which I did. They called me with good news which made me very happy. I really appreciate. Amazing service.

I was looking for a car for my wife and came to see Nissan Murano at Caspian Auto. Internet price was very attractive. I came hoping to get some discount and purchase the car eventually. They gave me great price and detailed the car for me too. The car is driving great and my wife is very happy now.
