I contacted them about a car I was really interested in. I did not receive a response. Then it occurred to me to check the Junk mail folder and indeed I saw a note from the place. I responded immediately as soon as I saw it. I have not received anything else.

I'm an out of state buyer (Colorado) and am fully abreast of any drama associated with showing up just to find the vehicle not as describe. This was totally not the case here. Mike had great communication and addressed any concerns I might have had about the vehicle's ability to drive 1700 miles back. I flew into DC, ubered my way to the dealership where Mike was waiting, the vehicle was ultra cleaned, test drove it, and just met all of my needs. Excellent price with low mileage and my color. I was in and out within 2 hrs the latest. Prior to leaving the dealership, I addressed the fact that the tires were out of balance, and he offered to get them balanced as a courtesy prior to my long trip home. This has to be one of the best out of state transactions I've ever encountered. Mike is efficient and professional considering the high volume of sales they achieve. They have a great selection of cars at great prices. If/when I get a second vehicle, Caspian Auto will be my first choice. I strongly recommend this dealership.

Sent dealer an email to inquire about specifics regarding a car. They did return the email but did not answer one question but suggested I come in and test drive the car.

My previous car buying experience was not so good so I was a little worried. The car that previous dealer sold me had a lot of problems. I got rid of it finally. I was looking for something nice and free of issues. I found Caspian online. They are very honest and helpful. I came with my friend to check out the car and make sure it is solid, no major issues. We drove it and it was driving great. Besides, they gave me free 6 month warranty with the car which gave me a piece of mind. It was my best car buying experience.

I recently purchased a truck from Caspian Auto. I was looking for a good deal for a while. I saw a truck online for a reasonable price and nice pictures. I came down all the way from West Virginia to purchase a truck in Virginia. It was worth it. As soon as I submitted loan application online, they called me back right away to let me know that I was approved. I scheduled an appointment the next day and came to check out the truck. I loved it. It was the truck I was looking to purchase for a while. They gave me 6 month nationwide warranty as well. That was amazing experience. Quick and easy, hassle free.

My friend purchased a car from here and recommended me this dealership. I have been to so many dealerships before but this dealership is different. They have very nice cars and amazing, friendly staff. I saw Black Camaro with nice rims and asked if I can test drive. I test drove it and fell in love with it. I had my own financing. It was fastest car buying experience ever for me.

I recently wrote a review,becuase my wife was frustrated,after speaking with costumer service they explained everything and i realized that i did bad comments.After all they do really care about costumers and will recomend my friends to them.Ypu won't find cars at that price and they will make sure you're completely satisfied.THANKS CASPIAN AUTO
